Accessibility Statement for Zero Latency VR

Zero Latency VR is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to continually improve the user experience and apply relevant accessibility standards.

https://invest.zerolatencyvr.com has been developed in accordance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, as required by the EU Accessibility Act.

Compliance Status

This website is:

Partially compliant with [EN 301 549 v3.2.1 and WCAG 2.1 Level AA], due to the non-compliances listed below.

Non-accessible Content

(a) Non-compliance with the accessibility legislation:

The following issues were identified during the accessibility audit:

  • Missing form labels: Some input elements are not properly associated with a corresponding <label> element. This may hinder screen reader navigation.

  • Low contrast ratio: Certain text elements (e.g., placeholder text, button labels) fall below the minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 required for normal text.

  • Buttons without accessible names: Some buttons do not have programmatically defined labels, which can affect users relying on assistive technologies.

  • Image alternative text: A few images are missing descriptive alt text.

We are actively working to resolve these issues and improve accessibility across all interactive components.

(b) Disproportionate burden:

At this time, no content is exempt due to disproportionate burden. All identified issues are scheduled for resolution.

(c) Out of scope of the legislation:

Some third-party embedded content (such as Google Analytics scripts or third-party investment platform widgets) may not fully comply with accessibility standards. These are outside of our control.

Accessible alternatives: We aim to provide accessible alternatives where applicable, such as descriptive page titles, accessible PDF formats, and email-based access to content on request.
